Confirm it's actually traditional
This is the trap. Search "indoor sauna kit" and half the results are infrared cabins. A real traditional kit names a rock stove and its kilowatts(here, Harvia 3.5-6kW) and lets you pour water on stones. If a listing talks about carbon panels, "far infrared," or a 120V plug, it's an infrared cabin — a fine product, but not the throw-water sauna these kits are.
Plan the 240V circuit first
